Put my protection amulets on the wall but after last night I don’t feel it’s enough…
I made a cute little friendship amulet tonight. This one was made specifically for me as a sort of helper with a friendship I sometimes struggle with. But it could work just as well as an amulet to aid in garnering new friends in general! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~****~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What you need: Dried lemon peel- element: water, purpose: promotes friendship Catnip- element: water, purpose: eternal friendship Lavender- element: air, purpose: harmony Sage- element: air, purpose: wish fufillment A small candle, preferably lavender Something to hold the herbs and wax. I used a small square of calf skin. Pen and thread of a color that represents friendship to you (I used blue) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~****~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Light the candle Start by taking the square of cloth or calf skin, and write down a few symbols for friend ship. I used the Futhark runes Gefu (union) and Ing (completion or family), but you could use whatever feels best. Next, grind up your herbs, always following a clockwise motion to promote their positive energies of friendship and peace. When they feel like they are tuned properly you may stop. (I hear them sort of "sing" when they're all attuned) Place this mixture over the rune on the square of cloth, and dribble the melted wax from the candle over it. While the wax is still warm, fold it into a small, easy to carry parcel. Take the thread and tie it thrice around the amulet, so the magic doesn't seep. There you go! You're all done. Make to charge it every month by getting it some moonlight, or running it through an incense smoke. You could even follow the recipe of herbs above and use that as the incense. (It smells amazing!) Blessings to all of you! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~****~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~*TOGW*~
