      The teenager held up a stack of papers that she held in her arms, to show the other       that she wasn’t lying. Though, it was hard to kind of miss the pretty tall stack in her        hands. Regardless, she set them down on a nearby desk, for her arms had begun to       hurt from the weight.

it’s disgusting, tbh all you really need is icons and usually the people who do that deep HTML work are absolute judgemental and cherry-picking assholes

[Sometimes even icons aren’t needed. I myself stress over having some OTL sometimes icons are a shortcut to show the emotion of your character but if you can write it out and visualize it, that’s good too! But I find SOME, not all, people who do write like that can be critical of others and there’s not a need for it. 

It happens in every fandom, though.]
