Mmmmm.. complicated! There's a baby out there who I love unconditionally and we talk pretty often, even tho we have nothing official.

He's kind and treats me with respect and affection, and I try to give the same back to him.

So at the moment, I don't wanna meet new babies. All my mama energy is into him and I need to be true to myself and to other babies out there looking for a mommy.

He's the most handsome baby EVER!

Alright, I had to refrain from the entire ten page Google Doc chapter, so here is the snippet. Context is, James (desi James) is in year 4 (15yrs old), Regulus year 3 (14yrs old). James was left alone in the dorm for spring break and snuck Regulus up to spend the week with him. Which makes perfect sense in the context of the larger story. Anyways, they fly out on broomsticks to the other side of the lake where it is secluded and out of sight from the castle...

Regulus POV

Regulus closed his eyes to take a nap in the sun while James skimmed rocks on the water. When he woke, James was gently trying to get Regulus’ head into his lap. Regulus propped himself up, let James sit down then settled in. 

“I made you something,” said James softly, and through the glare of the sun, he saw and felt James place a flower crown on his head. “They are bluebells. And I preserved them so they won’t wilt.”

Regulus felt the crown gently, “thank you.”

“You deserve a crown.”

Regulus blinked up at James. “I don’t want to be Prince of anything James.”

“You aren’t a Prince. You are a King and I want to worship the very ground you walk on.”

“That is, by far, the cheesiest thing you have ever said.”

“Aṉpu my devotion knows no bounds.”

Regulus sat up. “Seriously? Just going to keep spewing them off?” But James lunged at him, tickling him right below his ribs. Regulus writhed and shrieked, his flower crown going askew over his forehead. He leapt up and ran, James gave chase. When he had a stitch in his side James caught him and tumbled them into the grass. 

“You are Hing of my heart,” said James, kissing him gently. 

“Yeah, I’m not going to validate that comment with a response.”

James smirked, then straightened the flower crown. “Let’s play!”

Regulus sent a layer of ice out over the water making an ice rink for them to mess around on. They would sprint from far back in the grass, then slide as far as they could when they reached the ice. 

Regulus went furthest, and he didn’t tell James he was casting a speeding charm on himself when he hit the ice.

The way you rewrote the first installment of Re: is better than anything I could have imagined.

I don't think you understand how much I wish this was a comic or actually animated. Of course I've been keeping up with your other works, but I'll definitely be waiting in anxious anticipation for the sequels.

anyways, this comment gives me joy and warmth and is super touching. As an illustrator constantly on the pivot rn, I would LOVE to contribute to a comic or animated show one day. Alas, when I have free time and a better income, we shall see!

Hey guys, so I’ve been working on Ch8 of Don’t Make Me Choose super hard and really trying to get it out as soon as possible. But today, my family dog passed away and even though she annoyed the heck out of me... my heart feels heavy. I still had love for her and I know she loved me because she always wanted to be around me even though sometimes I didn’t reciprocate. The last two weeks she actually slept with me while my sister was out of town, kind of sad that seven years with her is just gone. I just need a couple of days to process but I’ll be here reading and if you need to talk. Amy💛

do your friends know you write fanfiction? i’m embarrassed to tell my friends I read them hahaha

Honestly... a very select few of my friends know that I write fanfiction hahaha which includes @ladybirduris. It isn’t for everyone so I understand like the fear/embarrassment that comes with it but I really enjoy reading/writing so share with who you know won’t judge you. It’s cool when you do find people who enjoy it though because then you can exchange fics you read hahahaha -Amy🤍🤍

why did you start writing fics?

Honestly, I was depressed summer 2018 because I felt useless and I was always broke but my best friend took me to see the Avengers cast at Jimmy Kimmel. That’s when I seen Tom Holland live for the first time and I just happened to start reading fan fiction at the same time. Then I got super inspired and just started writing, it’s been harder this year because I was always working. But I tested positive for covid and I’ve been home for the past week and I’ve just had time to write and want to finish Don’t Make Me Choose. It’ll probably be one of the last fics I write for a while. 😭 But anyway, yeah hahahaha
