So are you an upper class gentleman?
Not quite, Lord Whitney is a collaboration between Amy Lord and Rebekah Whitney, but we do prance around in a top hat occasionally.
I don’t understand; what do you actually do?
We work with our clients to come up with and develop visual ideas and concepts for projects; we then design and make them. This can be set design, installations, costume design, props styling or anything in between, as long as the results are original and exciting.
What kind of projects do you work on?
From editorials and photo shoots to music videos and interiors, we’ve put our creative stamp on a huge variety of weird and wonderful projects.
Where do you build all this stuff?
Our studio is in an old mill in Leeds, where we have the space to create beyond our wildest dreams. We then either transport our sets and props to location or shoot them in our in house photo studio.
Who are your clients?
Our clients can vary from small independents to global brands and events. Recently we have worked for Missoni, Hunger Magazine, Transport for London, Tate Liverpool, London Collections, Glastonbury Festival, The Princes Trust, Computer Arts Magazine and YCN Agency.
