First 5km race in at least 4 years....done! Popsicals before 10am for some It was a fun even for Carmen's school so although I only scrapped into the 30 min mark it was all for chariiidddeeee

When you run the trail and have a crappy run you pretty much have no choice but to finish the 4 miles you set out to do as it takes too long to walk home
