1. My hair is the same color as my eyes.

2. I am the shortest of my siblings by far.

5. I have a round face- my chinese name even means round. I like to joke that that's the reason.

6. My second toenails are slightly fucked up because those are my longest toes, and they slam into the front of my shoes when I run.

7. I have a fairly stocky build.

8. I have calluses from doing pullups and various circus things, and I love having them! I get sad when they fall off.

Yellow: 7 facts about my childhood

I may have answered a similar question before...but here goes!

1. I listened to a lot of different music when I was younger - my dad has very wide and weird taste and he played all his music for us when we were kids.

2. I was raised in large part by my grandparents, who spoke mandarin at home.

3. I've been drawing as long as I can remember.

4. I learned to swim before the age of 5.

5. I lived a significant amount of time in taiwan, and still consider it a second home.

6. I was very unselfconscious and outgoing as a kid. A lot of times I reacted to being the outsider by becoming sort of a class clown type and did a lot of shit that I would be mortified by now, but it worked out in the end and I regret nothing.

7. I went to hebrew school for one year.

2. Similarly, I am super touchy-feely, especially around those I am close to.

3. It can take a bit for me to get going, but once I get absorbed in a task, I don't stop until it's done to my liking.

14: Do you ever dance even if there's no music playing?

Yeah, I find myself doing that pretty often. I also sing made up songs when I'm stressed out and getting ready for something (that I'm late for, of course).

34: Favorite kind of sandwich?

Lately it's been canned tuna with avocado, green onions, feta cheese, and whatever seasonings I see fit. I also like making it with corn tortillas, sooo gooood.

97: Do you want kids?

Definitely! I come from a large family (12 kids), no way I wouldn't want kids of my own (someday after college and a bachelorette life, not now, of course). I'd feel like my child is missing out if he/she doesn't have at least two or three siblings.

38: When you were a kid, what did you dress up as for Halloween?

My family never celebrated Halloween because my parents and grandparents don't like it, so sadly I've never dressed up. We still buy a ton of on sale candy and chocolates every year after Halloween time, so that makes up for it. :) (plus, I would sometimes help my cousin plan her Halloween costume)

favourite summer song? I have a hard time associating seasons with songs OTL. song that makes you nostalgic and why? Any song from video games I played when I was little, such as this Zelda song. (GO ON. LISTEN TO IT.)

where would you choose to spend the rest of your life if you could only choose one place (anywhere!) and why? I'll have to see more of the world before I can really answer this question. what personality trait do you value the most? I don't really notice people's traits as much as I notice the overall impression that they give me. Does that make sense? This is a question I find hard to answer bluhhhh

favourite pizza topping? I like vegetable pizza :D Like with broccoli, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Not too much cheese. I am inconsistently lactose intolerant ok

what’s the number one thing you love about yourself? I can eat all the foods I like without having worry about my weight.

what’s the number one thing you wish you could change about yourself? I wish I was more inclined towards socializing with people, or doing exciting things. But I like staying in the house and doing things people probably consider boring. Like brushing my cat. Or chopping vegetables. So I'll be a single catlady forever.

do you have any siblings? (if yes, younger/older/sister/brother?) One younger sister, who I'm very close with (she's 12). I adore my cousins so much though that I've accidentally called them my little brothers on occasion.

if you could be a character in a book/movie/manga/anime, what would you be in, who would you be and why? I WOULD BE A PIKACHU

for a date, would you rather go watch a movie or go to an amusement park?  HMMM. I would go to the amusement park if my date wasn't a wimp and could handle fun rides. I would go watch a movie if it was a movie we both wanted to see. We could always just watch anime or tumblr together. Assuming my date was that kind of girl/boy.

1. What colour do you like to wear best?

PINK! Until recently..well still kinda now most of my wardrobe consisted of pink. And when I go shopping I tend to immediately go for pink and then I have to force myself to think and be like...but I already have a lot of clothes that are pink. I don't know if it's the best color that suits me but it's my favorite color and I have a pink obsession so pink is like my default color. And everyone knows it. XD

2. Describe your current hairstyle?

...this would have been easier when it was longer or one length. =.= UM! I've got a middle part with straight bangs. My hair is a little longer than shoulder length with layers but the layers are kind of awkward in that it makes my hair look shorter than it actually is and the ends are kind of all curled(?) outward? well not all of them. =.= I'm not very good at maintaining my hair. coughlazycough My hair's not pin straight but mostly straight. It's all stuck up in a bun right now 'cause I was too lazy to style it. =.=

3. Favourite artist?

Like drawing/painting kind of artist? I don't know artists very well. >.< The closest to that kind of thing would be manga-ka's right? I really do love Arina Tanemura's drawing style. It's just so pretty but her characters tend to look at the same. =.= But in general like a creative person would have to be G-dragon. He's like a creative god. I swear. Honestly, how does he exist!?!

4. Favourite childhood movie?

CINDERELLA~! *cough* I feel like my girly childish is being exposed quite well through these questions. =.= But seriously Cinderella was THE movie for me when I was younger. I haven't watched it in ages though to be honest. I don't even know if it'd have the same appeal anymore to me. But in general Disney movies were a staple of my childhood.

5. Fondest childhood memory?

I'd say anything with my best friend. <3 I've known her since I was 4 and even though I moved away to a different city when I was like 10ish, she's the one person I would trust with anything and everything. I had the time of my life with her. We were inseparable and people frequently mistook us for sisters. We just had a lot of fun together. It was like THE ultimate childhood. Honestly, all little kids need best friends to just do everything with.

6. What’s one thing you regret the most about this school year?

...can I say everything? BUT if I DID have to narrow it down to one I'd definitely say even though I told myself I would or at the very least I would try I did not embrace/like change. I told myself I'd start a fresh but I really didn't. I didn't try and step outside my comfort zone and that's probably what made this year as miserable as it was.

7. Are you an emotional/sentimental person?

Yes, very. >.< I tend to get invested emotionally a LOT. I can't watch violent movies because I absolutely freak out. Or I'm just like AWWWWW. I'm all about my emotions. I don't have a poker face, remotely.

8. If you could travel back in time, which era/period would you want to experience?

Either Joseon Korea or Medieval England. Royalty has always had a soft spot in my heart since I was little. I think it was the whole glamour. Obviously now I know way better in that life back then wasn't the greatest but it's still something very intriguing.

9. What language do you want to learn?

Well I'd love to improve my Korean. =.= But definitely Japanese so I can watch anime and read manga without waiting for translations! And listen to my K-pop people's Japanese songs and understand what they're singing! Japanese sounds pretty too.

10. Something you want to do/accomplish before you die?

...uh. My fangirl side says to attend a BIG BANG concert in Korea. Otherwise I'd say to find true love. I'm hoping I'll find it quite a while before I die but honestly I believe magic and miracles exist and all of that stems from love. True love would be the most amazing thing ever. So I definitely hope I can find it someday, not soon but somewhere in the near future like 3-6 years.

11. Red or blue?

...that's a harder choice than I thought it would be. =.= But probably Blue. I mean as much as red is a nice color and mixed with white it becomes pink. Blue is preferable to me.
