I don't understand...

I took a photo of Halifax Harbour, and someone from the area re blogged it saying no offense to the photographer but this must be photoshopped because they didn't see dead jelly fish in the harbour. Also, mentioning that they enjoy making jokes about the crappy place they live. I didn't take offense by their choice to use my photograph, but how can you hate living here? We have so much history just here in Halifax and many other places in Nova Scotia. We have so many beaches, rivers, lakes, caves, and provincial parks to explore. In my opinion, I live in one of the most beautiful places. I think negativity like this is caused by being close minded. I would hate Halifax if I never opened my eyes and mind to the history behind the city. You need to explore and learn, leave the city once in awhile. If all you do is school/work, sit in your apartment, go to the mall, and go to the bars to hang out with your friends you should really hate your lifestyle, not the city. I love everything about Nova Scotia, minus a few of the people.
