Selection principle:
Common knowledge or quotation. If a comment contains information that is not a personal discovery (a fact, an established expression, a reference to common knowledge), permission for publication is not required. The author is credited as the source.
Personal thought. If a comment contains a unique idea, a development of someone else's thought, or an independent analysis, publication is made only with the explicit consent of the author.
Personal confession. Comments based on another person's vulnerability or written in a confessional tone are not quoted under any circumstances. This is not material.
