Não importa quantas noites quase não dormi por causa do vazio do estômago, as vezes que minha garganta ardia no outro dia de tanto vomitar, ou as vezes que passei mal no trabalho por deixar a pressão baixar demais. Não importa quantos dias planejei calorias, calculei cada grama ou contabilizei alface (kcal). Isso as pessoas não falam muito.
