[mega] lucario, glaceon, and spheal hair colour. faded blue eye colour. pink characteristics. anatoly is tall with a sleeker form, able for quick and calculated movements as opposed to being overwhelming with strength. he has one working eye, the other being covered in a fog-like figuration after a mission that ended well but had poor after effects. his hair is long and straight, well kept but not stylized in any manner. he generally wears a suit vest and has a slight slouch usually, though if he is on duty, he is straight backed and wears sleek operative armor and a specialized goggles. anatoly also has a hound command module imbedded in his wrist, it is generally covered through anatoly wearing gloves. history. anatoly is a seeming exception among the ranks of interpol, especially among those who are special operatives. upon joining, he immediately grew to be one of the most active and proficient operatives, and was very quickly promoted to be apart of special ops. he would be paired up with his, at the time, best friend and partner etna to be volunteered in a new project. despite anatoly's morals being vastly against this project, he was enlisted anyway and was considered the 'level headed' one in comparison to his partner. this is where anatoly would attain his wrist implant, although presently he is considered a temporarily inactive overseer. closer to the present, anatoly would be assigned to kanto to investigate suspicious activity involving the remote jungles that had been prevalent for illegal sciences--including but not limited to the speculative 'mewtwo' project. when he arrived, he wouldn't find a team of scientists, but rather...one. a field research named kaiyō, a professor studying fossils and pokemon genetics, and specifically looking into the mythical pokemon mew...despite his orders, anatoly decided to alert headquarters that he would be remaining in the jungle longer to observe this researcher, to assure the reports of 'suspicious activity' were nothing more than misinterpreted rumours. this would lead to not only the eventual marriage with kaiyō, but the birth of their daughter myuo. anatoly was on a break for the first couple years of his daughter's life, but now is just on lessened duty as opposed to his previous very active time. he still has to report to headquarters as well as at times travel to other regions for work...but the majority of the time, he is home with his wife and child.

Myuo doesn't OFTEN get to travel outside the jungle...but if she does, it's because she's traveling with her father. Anatoly will occasionally get the opportunity to take her during work trips, so long as he knows it won't be dangerous. Kaiyō is the only member of the family that hasn't left the jungle since she arrived there years ago.
