Sometimes people blame individuals for systemic issures and I hate it so much.

No, it's not the employee's fault that the grocery store ran out of stock. There's a strike at the production firm. (Yes, that is a true example, and yes, there were signs everywhere explaining that.)

No, it's not the fault of the guy on the phone that it takes weeks to get an appointment. There's a shortage of staff and they can only cut so many people's hair in one day. Aren't we advocating for less overtime?

No, it's not the doctor's fault that she can only treat your symptoms but not the cause of your uncurable condition. She can't give you the cure. There is no cure. If it was so easy to invent one that she can do so just to help you, the cure would already exisst.

INTERNALLY YELLING AT YOURSELF TO FUCKING REMEMBER. TELLING YOURSELF YOU DON'T DESERVE TO STAN THEM IF YOU FORGET ONE OF THEM. AND YOU REFUSE TO USE GOOGLE TO HELP YOU. CAUSE IT WILL BE TOO EASY AND YOU DON'T DESERVE THE EASY WAY. AND AFTER A WHOLE LIFETIME IN HELL. FINALLY. AFTER THREE HEADACHES AND FOURTY MENTAL PUNCHES. YOU. REMEMBER. AND YOU'RE HATING YOURSELF EVEN MORE CAUSE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD POSSIBLY FORGET THAT UNIQUE AND WONDERFUL PERSON.
