when someone trashes the Fast and Furious franchise so I have to go on a tirade about how if they had just kept it to the first three movies it would have been one of the most loved trilogies of all time and would likely become a cult classic but because they kept it going so long and fucked everything up, people consider it a laughing stock and mock it constantly for how insane and unrealistic and generally ridiculous it is.
The Fast and the Furious is one of the best movies that shows family and has a diverse cast of interesting characters that all have different intertwining relationships and overall the dynamics were incredible.
2 Fast 2 Furious shows an incredible comedic duo in Brian and Rome as well as a fuck ton of cool action scenes and maintains an awesome ass vibe while still differentiating itself from the first movie
Tokyo Drift is... Tokyo Drift. The first film has the family dynamic, the second has the action, and while the first two do have cool vibes, non equal up to the vibe of Tokyo Drift. It's widely considered the coolest and best movie in the whole franchise and it's just overall unmatched in awesomeness.
Then I can hardly remember the other films cuz that's when it gets weird and ridiculous. But I truly believe these movies would have so much more respect given to them if they'd stopped it at a trilogy and not expanded it past that. I may not be very eloquent with my words here but I'm very passionate about this.
That being said I will still watch every movie but I'm emotionally connected atp but my point still stands they should've stopped it after Tokyo Drift initially
