tbh i loveeeee being a blunt ass bitch with bad/rude/not listening customers at this point in my retail career heheheh… i confuse them bc im also simultaneously being very nice and sincere so they can’t really get mad, and they end up disoriented or ashamed for their behaviors 🤭
