So I manage the social media accounts for our annual church festival and sometimes I just wonder about people, ya know?

Like, I really, really wanted to just reply back with "This is an Italian Street Festival, ma'am. What do you think?" but since I can't be sarcastic on our official fb page, this is what I replied with instead.

Early-morning Kailor discovery

I think I found a weird but still amazing headcanon about Kailor heck.

Kailor is overally a strange pairing, cuz it was confirmed by Mr Tommy they aren't involved in a relationship. I mean. A romantic one.

But still we know very good that they both have some (whatever kind of) feelings towards each other. It doesn't make them canon tho, cuz to pairing be considered canon ppl in it should be involved in relationship. A romantic one. Specifically. I guess lol.

They even flirt, do winks, hold hands and even hold each other sometimes.

Weird is the fact they never started anything bigger. Like come'on they had hundreds of opportunities to start a relationship, but they don't even meet that often, Kai didn't even know Skylor has a number lol.

 It got me into thinking they can be involved in sth… queer-platonic ?

Not exactly this name tho, but just think about how OK they're just doing some romantic stuff w/o actually being in romantic relationship.

Sure, they can be hiding it. Or dating secretly. But if so, then we could have got some hints to that. Dunno.

We never see them interacting much on screen if it's not a need. Everytime this need occurs tho they don't miss a chance to flirt a bit haha but they don't do so in other time. They're completely fine with such interactions, cuz if they were not, they would meet more frequent than once in few seasons.

Aaand, however, it can be just a choice of creators to avoid discussing this 'relationship topic' once again… what if it was intended to be like sth in-between friendship and romance?

I don't know about Kai, but it seems to me that Skylor here IS the one, who suggested ending their interaction back in s4 on just a temporarily love and starting sth new, but not romance-connected…

And I think it's amazing, cuz heck not every relationship should be a romantic one. Especially the one between man and woman. We already have a great example of Cole and Vania, who are in platonic, but we can also have Kai and Skylor in queer-platonic.

It doesn't feel forced. It's more like natural. Quite strange ('queer' for a reason) but still a valid one. They seem ok bout their situation, so let it be as it is lol.
