Six (Sapphic) Sentence Sunday.
This week, I’m going to do something different. Here’s a little blurb of something original I’ve written. Thanks for the tags @missameliep and @noesapphic !

The late hour and long voyage to London had most assuredly taken a toll on her dear friend. Her bleary eyes and lolling head persisted despite Miriam’s attempts to keep her friend conscious. Should Miss Fitzroy desire to depart for her townhome, Miriam would have no choice but to accompany her.
Miriam chews at her lips, worriedly eyeing her companion for this holiday from home. She shifts to take on the brunt of Lavinia’s weight and begins to rise from her seat in the salon. She wanted nothing more than to eavesdrop longer on the sharp minds and quick tongues of this literary salon’s attendees, but her friend required her bed after the days events. As she coerces Lavinia around their seats and towards the door, the delicate touch of a woman’s fingers graze Miriam’s forearm. The London abecedarian startles at the feather-light touch and meets a woman’s gaze.
Her eyes are dark deep pools of kindness and Miriam’s trust is won the instant she makes contact. She can do nothing more than watch the woman’s lips, dewy petals of midnight rose against her deep skin, until they part and the goddess speaks.
“I would be delighted to assist you with a carriage home, if you wished to stay.”

After many fights, wars and death between supernatural creatures and humans, they - the Descendants - started to categorize the world population in a new hierarchy. Alpha for every supernatural being, Beta for the humans and Omega was the name for A.I.’s and any kind of unwelcome hybrid forms. A new social reform, in which Alphas and Betas lived separated for their own good, while Omegas had no real place to be, when they didn’t sold themselves and their service.

I still need to work on that idea, ha... some kind of Blade Runner AU, it was my inspiration. But at least the artwork is finished.
Guys. What if Pepper or Rhodney hired a chef for Tony, because they can't always baby sit him, to make sure there's at least something there for him to eat. Steve is hired and he thinks this is some crazy an extremely elaborate prank played by both his friends, same and Bucky. He doesn't see Tony for at least two months (most food is either tossed out or taken home) at the job and the poor guy looks worn out. Tony looks more alert when he sees the cook, like fuck he's hot and the food taste so good, he doenst know if it's because sexy chef made it or he's been starving. So Tony being a dork starts telling Steve that he has company, Steve makes two plates, but Tony says "well guess they bales on me, how about you join me?" This goes on a few nights a week for months, both of them too afraid to make the first move or something. Then Steve had enough beating around the bush asking if they have been going out on dates this entire time. Tony stutters and over talks, Steve kisses him to shut him. They have dessert in bed.
I was watching a commercial about a chef and this come up. I'm not a writer so I'm sorry
For the ask game 1, 4 and 8 about the TOTBL or/and Frying Pan.
Both? Both is good. Here we go. And thank you for asking!
1. Of the fics you’ve written, which is your favorite and why? It’s probably, definitely, absolutely Tripping Over the Blue Line. It almost seems painfully obvious to point out, but I’m pretty emotionally invested in Emma Swan and Killian Jones making out and the success of the New York Rangers, so putting those things together is like this giant explosion of all the things I love. Sports emotions are also my favorite kinds of emotions.
4. If you could change anything what would it be?Does it seem like lying if I say not really anything for TOTBL? I honestly spent so much time on that story, plotting and replotting and hand-writing notes about what exactly was going to happen in each chapter and each game, that I’m not sure I could have really put more thought into it. Every single character was, like, obsessively considered and backstory’ed and there’s so much stuff in this ‘verse that hasn’t even seen the light of internet-day yet. On the flip side, I kind of wish I’d written more at the end of Frying Pan about the expansion and Emma getting her timeslot back. By the time I got to the end of that story I was just trying to wrap up loose ends and plot points and I think things got a little glossed over.
8. Which came first, the title or the fic?The fic, in both cases. But I knew from the get-go what I was going to name some speculative hockey fic I was planning on writing. My husband played hockey for a very long time and my mother-in-law regularly says that he used to skate so fast she’s surprised he didn’t “trip over the blue line” and I was like…that’s a fic title. Out of the Frying Pan, however, took forever. The Google Doc was literally just “That Cooking AU No One Asked For” for months before I decided to start posting and I literally just scrolled through cooking idioms for days before deciding.
10 Questions Every Fic Writer Secretly Wants to be Asked
Hold on… hold your damn horses! I’m making a thing! BRB!!!
