it is unbelievable how incredibly Silesia sucks at managing its rivers and sewers and other bodies of water AND the cities, roads... yes, the beacon of technology, industrial development... and it takes one or two days of heavy rains and the biggest cities have absolutely impassable roads, sunken cars, and everything reeks
