LOOK WHO I FOUND!! It's THE Puppy!! He was $2 at a thrift store :D He's been my pfp on here for nearly 6 years. I first saw him at Vons in the beach town that I always go to, but I wasn't able to buy him. The thrift store I found him at is also in that town :'3 Maybe he was waiting for me all this time. I'm so happy to have him🩵

My little (nighttime) routine without a CG!

Posting this in hopes it might help someone!

Dim the lights! I don't like the dark, but don't have a night light, so I usually leave on the desk light my dorm came with + a little standing light I have

Get into some pajamas. Remember, you don't have to have cutesy pajama sets to be valid. Mine is just a T-shirt and shorts. Usually I go for oversized PJs so I feel smaller

Gather items! Get all your stuff in one place so you don't have to get up.

Grab:

Charger

Drinks! I usually do both milk or juice AND water.

Small snackie! When I do voluntarily regress, I'm trying to go to bed, so I don't eat sweets unless it's a weekend or I've finished a ton of school work. I'll go for something salty so that I drink more water. (I need to be better about picking water over milk or bottled tea)

Pick media for the night! Usually I'll put on some music box playlists or F1 engine sounds. I also have a little playlist, but that's more for if I'm not actively on my phone. For shows, I usually go for: Speed Racer, Goosebumps, old Scooby Doo, Bee and Puppycat, Yu-Gi-Oh, Senninha, or Classical Baby. I'm a fan of horror movies, so I pick movies meant for big kids (but only ones I've seen hundreds of times!!). Sometimes, I'll listen to interviews of my favorite F1 drivers like Niki Lauda or Sebastian Vettel because I find them calming; especially Niki's very monotone voice.

Finally, curl up for bed!! Goodnight, kiddos!
