Okay but... what if Tine was a girl being harassed like that? I know it's supposed to be "cute" but I get very bothered when I see things like that. Personally, I've had to resort to some extreme measures to get rid of guys like that and it was definitely NOT cute.

yeah I get that and of course you’re right, though the situation with Green is not to an extent where it's problematic imo. Even if Tine was a girl. Normally I’m very critical too when it comes to these things but Green is so hilarious it’s really not an issue in my opinion.
