How would Chase and Spike handle their s/o having an anxiety attack?

chase is beyond worried! he knows what that kind of overstimulation is like, and definitely tries to calm them as best as he can. holding them close, trying to distract them with random facts he has, not letting them go till they’re 100% okay

i can see spike not really knowing what to do, but still wanting to make sure his sweetheart is okay. so he’s trying everything. carrying them bridal style to a more solitary location. straight up swaddling them. will literally kick anyones ass if they try to talk to either of them
