I just listened to the soundtrack for The Punisher season 1 (was raiding it for writing playlist content) and it's so Marvel. There's some great stuff (I fucking love the title/end tracks and Frank's theme) but like 90% of it is kind of ambience without motifes. Really bugs me because for that season Billy and Micro really should have had their own distinct presence, and they really didn't (on the soundtrack). It was just kind of doing the Marvel thing of doing the type of ambience you expect for the moment.

#mine #the last two soundtracks i did a good listen to #was the murderbot soundtrack #which i fucking love #and sinners #which is selfexplanatory #murderbot i've gotten to really dissect because i'm fucking obsessed and i've been looping it #so uh this was kind of a disappointment by comparison #to be clear it wasn't bad in terms of musical tracks and shit #there were a lot of individual good tracks that did what i was looking for #but like as a whole it became clear that it was mostly just ambience type scoring without as many clear motifes

Just saw Heart Eyes (which I actually quite enjoyed), and there are so many other horror movies coming out this year that I’m sooo excited for. Truly feels like we are living in the horror renaissance, friends. We are EATING!!!

Is very worried that she’ll get too rough with her partner. In the middle of sex or just simple cuddling sessions, she always asks if they’re doing alright.

Honestly, she can’t really cook that well. She’s fine with eating her own food, but if she has an s/o, they insist that they cook instead.
