"Impossible" is the antithesis of creativity
Westar, I don't know if you could or couldn't cut 10,000 tons of emissions by January. But your apparent lack of creativity coming across in this article suggests to me that you didn't try very hard to find it. It reads like you're stuck inside the box (and probably haven't left the state in a while, either...). Hire a hard-nosed consultant if that's what it takes. Regardless of your take on global warming, I think most people agree that conservation of natural resources is not a bad idea at its core.
