Along with the multitude of other annoyances that come with Tumblr's updates, one that really bugs me is how they've apparently messed with the tags.
My usual tags used to self-generate to some degree. By the time I get "Sid" typed in, the full "Sidney Crosby," properly capitalized, is somewhere on the short list of tag suggestions. Usually.
Now? Now I can type in "Sidney" and still not have his full name, let alone with proper capitalization. Yet, thanks to that one post I made years ago, the "David Cassidy" tag remains at the top of my short tag list until I've added at least the "n" to the "Sid."
Worse, "Evgeni Malkin" doesn't self-populate on my tags list at all, no matter how much of the name I type -- and despite my archive telling me I've used that tag 11,712 times in the past eight years.
Can we just go back to the way it was, please?
