there were these two books i vaguely remember thw plot of that were a nice part od my childhood... But i don't remember the titles....

#Both about birds #One there's this fancy island some girl visits with her sistwr and a special type of bird there no ones ever seen a female of but woahh she #Finds a female one and she saves other birds from. Being auctioned or something idk #And the second #There's this little white bird no one can tell the species of #In a world with corrupted leadership?#And the bird gets. This black (colored) bird with a cane and.. a woodpecker? Something? And they travel and fight and stuff #There was something about special jewels i think #This one has a sequel but i never really read it #I just... Need to read em again even if they're for kids..... Childhooooood....#i talk #Edit: i think the white bird was the son of bird god. And also he died in the end. But also lived? But also th black bird died too.

i always think that maybe jacks gave evangeline his dagger, the SAME one donatella used to stab him, to see whether she would stab him with it, just like tella did when they kissed.
