@jammyscribbler‘s/ @androgynosaurus ‘s tiefling lad Andavius!
I wanted to do a group pic of all my active D&D characters but I started this so long ago that I’ve actually gained a fifth since then :’D I love all my kids so much and I don’t play any of them nearly as much as I’d like to. I definitely pick my PC races based on what I think makes the best character designs lmao
Clockwise from top left:
Etney Bronzetooth, Dragonborn Ranger (Hunter/Beastmaster hybrid)
Andavius Oswin Asmodius III (’Dave’), Tiefling Wizard (School of Evocation)
‘Crow’, Shadar-Kai Rogue (Assassin)
Nedry (’Swampy Ned’), Lizardfolk Druid (Circle of the Moon)
good evening to everyone except the motherfucker that designed Dave’s outfit (it was me)
Pls tell me if you want me to stop but I got another oc question for you to kinda distract you from not being able to draw: What would your dnd kids change abt the way they look if they could?
not at all, I love getting questions like this any day!! (it does take a while for me to type them out with one hand though haha)
Etney: would probably want to be taller. She’s not small but 6′2′‘ is kinda weedy for a dragonborn and she’s sick of her sister calling her a pipsqueak lmao
Dave: Appearance was one of the many things in which he was massively outshone by his brother (canonically an 11/10) and in his terrible habit of always comparing himself to others, he doesn’t like the way he looks. Early/pre-campaign Dave would change everything - get rid of the asymmetrical horns, buck teeth, square chin, big nose, it would all go in an attempt to make himself what he thinks others find ‘handsome’. However...I think now/later down the line he’s slowly learning his own worth as an individual and would be less eager to remove the features that make him unique. He’d probably still even out his horns though it’s a nightmare getting dressed when they’re so lopsided
Wren: more buff, if physically possible. I bet she’d also be down to get some sick tattoos up her arms
Ned: wouldn’t change anything, considers himself an exquisite specimen (and even if he didn’t, he doesn’t care about appearance that much). At a push would probably ask for some cool stripes
Rescue: he’d like his tail and the end of his horn back please :(
With all the dnd you play and all the teeth you draw, I'm surprised you haven't played/drawn a TEEFling
I do play a tiefling! His name is Dave and I love him but I barely draw him because I stupidly have him the most complex outfit ever
For your dnd characters: most to least likely of making a bet in which the loser has to shave their head bald and if such a bet is made, most to least likely to actually go through with it after losing 👀
Etney: has no hair but would still take the bet for ironic purposes. Not sure what she'd do if she lost but she also wouldn't take the bet if she thought there was a chance of losing
Ned: also no hair but would take the bet and ceremoniously pull out a few of his head quills (painful) out of good sportsmanship
Dave: would not take that bet, ever. His hair is his pride and joy and he wouldn't let anyone so much as touch it
Wren: would take the bet without really considering the consequences of losing but if she did lose she'd try and cheat, find a loophole to get out of shaving her head or just make a run for it
Rescue: doesn't really understand gambling, bless him, but is also super impressionable so could easily be talked into doing dumb stuff. Would definitely be sad to lose his lovely hair but he would still shave his head if he lost because that's what he agreed to!
In one of my D&D campaigns we have two wizards - Antal, the very grouchy, old, hid-in-a-cave-for-80-years-to-avoid-a-war half-elf played by my partner, and my boy Andavius. They...don’t get on super well lmao
