the audience's final roar of applause before the curtain falls only serves to make his insatiable appetite swell. though fangs remain unseen, he steals a negligible bite there, not yet breaking past skin. merely a taste of what is to come. ❛ i don't appreciate being teased. ❜ murmured over gravel as he finally looks up at lee, a quiet worship: a beg, if you look close enough. he tangles their fingers together as their joined hands fall away, stretching up once more to tease teeth against throat's artery — the pop of fangs a heartbeat behind.
