Slow motion video of a traditional dance performed at the end of the Saint Anne festa major (traditional Catalan holiday that each town holds on the day of the town's patron saint) in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra.

With the slow motion, you can see the clothes well. They're wearing the traditional outfit of formal occasions in Old Catalonia (the north-eastern half of Catalonia) and Andorra, in the rest of Catalonia (New Catalonia) usually reserved for the pubilla and hereu (elected cultural representatives).
