The BRP Dioscoro Papa (PC-381), a Jose Andrada class Patrol Boat of the Philippine Navy (PN) recently participated in a Unilateral Exercise in Eastern Mindanao where one of the Activities was a Gunnery Exercise (GUNNEX) where the Boat was able to utilize its Mk 38 Mod 0 25 mm caliber Cannon and M2HB .50 caliber Heavy Machine Guns (HMG).
