Liver & Gallbladder flush 3
Based on Andreas Moritz’s method. Using his book The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush, 2012 (also The Liver and Gallbladders Miracle Cleanse, 2007). Supported by information shared by Alia Moayed.
Started Tuesday 9 June 2020 with the aim for the Flush day to be within the last 10 days of the moon cycle, in the waning phase. The ten last days are 11-20 June, my flush falls on night of 14 and day of 15 June, Sunday into Monday. I choose for the flush to be on the last ten days because of understandings of how the body sheds or at least does not hold on to water as it would in the second ten days of the cycle. I am influenced too by energy cycles - a reference to that is: minute 2:25 to 4:30 Biogeometry العشرة الأواخر و الخلوة
Note that on this flush I exceeded the recommended timespan between the last flush and this one, beyond the desired 3-4 weeks and the maximum 6-7 weeks. This is because I was not ready for one right after Ramadan, and so I took the risk. This flush is 8 weeks after flush #2.

Walk through my process, day by day.
Apple Juice intake: I have an apple juicer. One liter is about 12 fresh moderate sized apples (up to 16 apples if smaller). This time I am drinking one or less than one glass when I wake up. I have breakfast an hour later. Then: I drink two hours after breakfast, till 5pm, with food intake one hour after taking it at least, and leaving two hours after food intake. Per flush 2, I started drinking when I wake up and before breakfast this time, differently from flush 1, because in flush 1 preparation time was tight, when the intake was two hours after breakfast and leaving space before lunch and after lunch. This approach is working better. I end up drinking 3 cups before lunch of 200 ml each or approx, and 2 after lunch and by 5pm. I sometimes exceed the 1 liter since I assess per cut and not per exact measure. This is to compensate for the foam that takes up some of the juice space.
Water intake: I should drink a full liter of water or so. It is something that is not common in my day to day so till now I haven’t adapted to that. That said I do drink hot herbal teas enough to possibly replace my shortage of pure water consumption.
Meal times: Breakfast ranges up to max 9:30am. Lunch around noon up to max 1:30 (when metabolism is highest it is said), dinner: am working around having it around or before sunset, ie before 6:30 but sometimes having it later, up to 8:30pm.
Tea, coffee: I have made a decision not to have tea and coffee intake, one exception on family Friday breakfast. This was recommended by Ali Al Moayyed I believe, though to the extent of my reading, Andreas Moritz does not mention it.
Bread: I am eating bread this time. Flush #2 was hard on me and I felt like my body weakened and I needed more substantial intake as well as to not go too different from my usual diet.

Day 1 Tuesday: (at Zeyna’s) breakfast: toast, zaatar, cucumbers // Lunch: Eggplant with Burghul and salad // Dinner: Spinach sauteed with onion and olive oil, bread, ginger, olive oil dip with pepper, and the remainder of the eggplant from lunch.
Day 2 Wednesday: Fruit bowl (banana, peach) with sunflower seeds and walnuts, as well as bread spread, with zaatar (w/olive oil) and cucumber, as well as bread with butter and local honey // Lunch: Rice with lentils, and tomato salad with parsley, including salt and olive oil. // Dinner: Avocado sliced with tomatoes salt olive oil, bread. and I believe slices of ginger on bread slice with olive oil and salt.
Day 3 Thursday: Breakfast: Fruit bowl with walnuts and sunflower seeds // Lunch: Zuccini and orange capsium sliced in the oven with olive oil, and a full garlic in oven with bread // Dinner: Same as lunch.
Day 4 Friday: Breakfast: Zaatar Manakeesh (ordered) with cucumbers, mint, green olives. (I did have tea here) // Lunch: Mloukhiyyeh (no chicken or chicken stock) and white rice, with onions and lemon sauce // Dinner: Slices of a loaf of bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, salt, ginger (fresh), oliver oil.
Day 5 Saturday: Breakfast: Slices of a loaf of bread, ones with zaatar (dry) without olive oil, with cucumbers, and ones with butter and honey // Lunch: lentil soup (including potatoes) and green salad (with olive oil, salt, pepper) // Dinner: Sweet potatoes with onion ginger and olive oil in oven, spinach with pinenuts grilled, and olive oil, also regular potaoes with green oinion and olive oil.
Day 6 Sunday: Breakfast: Mango, peach, clementine. // Lunch: tomato eaten as is and clementine. note: at lunch I had a first of a salad I had prepared that I mistakenly added olive oil to so stopped then.
Day 7 Monday: First, juice: grapefruit // second, fruit: pear // third, light food: boiled potatoes and a mixed salad.
Day 8 Tuesday: I decided to do the closing round of Enema on this day, differently from flush 2, because I felt that the last stone release was that morning, also, because I am getting my period anytime so favoured not having the Enema done then.

Series of releases. Not in order. Note that this time some sizes were larger that Flushes 1 and 2. And that there were three noticeable types, see first image. It seems too that this time, only one stone (the last one released), has a crust of a different colour and possibly nature than what is observed in others. Might it be from the gallbladder since Andreas notes that ones from the gallbladder are calcified? Is this one calcified?

it’s the same in buddhism by the way and do you know why? Because both (moritz and buddhism) concentrate on the coherences of body and mind. They do not just look at the body as if it was a machine where sometimes parts get broken, which we can only heal with external and chemical medicals (like american and european medicine does).
A little knowledge - which is what you may call ignorance - is, in fact, a dangerous thing. Almost everyone, at least in the industrialized world, knows that drinking water from a filthy pond or polluted lake can cause life-threatening diarrhea. Yet, relatively few people realize that holding on to resentment, anger, and fear, avoiding exposure to the sun, not getting enough sleep, or eating junk foods, chemical additives, and artificial sweeteners is no less dangerous than drinking polluted water; these habits of life may just take a little longer to kill a person than tiny amoeba do.
