Two men accused of trying to steal exit signs on I-91 in Windsor
Two men were arrested Wednesday and accused of stealing traffic signs on Interstate 91 in Windsor. Troopers responded to I-91 North just prior to Exit 37 at 8:29 a.m. on the report of a larceny involving state Department of Transportation Exit signs, according to Connecticut State Police.
