The remark — allegedly made by New Jersey State Police Lt. Col. Sean Kilcomons, the agency’s second-in-command — was reported to have occurred during a Bring Your Child to Work Day event, directed at the Jewish Attorney General and his son.
After months of fallout and an internal complaint, Kilcomons is now set to leave the force by the start of the year, according to multiple reports, as a new administration prepares to take office. The NJSP superintendent is also retiring.
This isn’t about politics. It isn’t about spin.
