This Bar Ain’t Big Enough for the Both of Us 🍻 Ellie & Andrew

12AM on a Saturday morning and Ellie could almost always be found with similar company in similar establishments lined up near Harvard’s Cambridge campus. Depending on the weekend, the bar scene vibes near it’s old ivy covered buildings ranged from raging to intellectual to touristy to the worst of all... townie. For reasons Ellie and most other Harvard students couldn’t grasp, or really any students from one of Boston’s seemingly 1,000 universities, townies inevitably slowly creeped into campus bars targeted at college students in the late weeks in May every single year, almost fully taking them over by mid-June. “Ugh!” Ellie groaned loudly, rolling her eyes and downing a large shot of whiskey. “I swear to fucking God, if another 30 something, never-accomplished-anything-in-his-life, fuckboy with a tribal tattoo grabs my ass and calls me baby one more time...” she added, slamming the glass on the mahogany bar. The bartender she’d become all too familiar with over the last couple years of flashing her bad Arizona fake simply shook his head and smiled before turning his back to fill her another drink. And then, just like clockwork, another shadow appeared by Ellie’s side, the smell of alcohol and Axe body spray completely consuming the air around her. Turning quickly, her face completely unamused, she positioned her body to show she wasn’t fooling around. “No,” she said flatly, before he could speak. The stranger who perfectly matched her previous description began to protest, but she again stopped him short. “Make a misogynistic comment and I fucking swear I’ll fucking force feed you that shitty middle school body spray!” Ellie yelled forcefully, slurring her words. “Try me, bro!”

MY DAY / LONG POST

I'm gonna write this as if it was today because I still considering today as yesterday since MY DAY hasn't ended yet. Anyway, today my friends and I had a picnic that I was planning for a really long time as a half "surprise party". I am calling it half because we didn't really bother decorating and the birthday girl came when we were blowing up balloons so in the end we were like eff this and told her what was going on HAHA. I can honestly say, I am very happy with today since I've missed hanging out with all these people at once. Having my old friends and new friends in one area is probably the most awkward yet most amazing experience... which was problably why I was so awkward today. I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET EVERYONE UNAWKWARD WITH MY AWKWARDNESS. On with my day, after everyone showed with their food and stuff we all kind of sat around with nothing to say so I was like, "okay guys let's eat!". As we all gathered around the mat nobody talked ONCE AGAIN and being the superly awesome person I am, as I was taking everyone's food out one by one whoever's food I got out, I told everyone to clap for that person. After about 2 people everyone told me I was lame which eventually caused me to stop LOL. When the food was finally out nobody eats anything and then I'm pretty much yelling at everyone to go eat HAHAHA. When they finally eat, thing's start to be a little better because slowly, people are starting talking to each other and I am happy. As the day goes by, everyone is doing whatever and we play a whole bunch of water balloon games. I'm gonna say this post is getting pointlessly long with terrible grammar considering it's summer so I'll just point out the highlights of my day in point form. (beginning to end) - Lazily decorating the park and random children asking for balloons - Clapping for people and the food they brought - Playing ultimate with Jonathan, Alex, and Miguel against Andrew, Joseph, Demirra, and Asia  - Playing cards (like all our chills days) - Playing catch with the water balloons and having Miguel to buy us water balloons only to have him come back with abnormally shaped normal ones LOL. - Little kids stealing our balloons HAHA - Jumping pictures with stupid poses - Getting soaked in the water park - Eating more just to get attacked by a lot off bee's... causing me to freak out and drop my cake. OMG.   - Asia and I running after people to Hug them cause we're just that awkward LOL.  - Overall being with my friends and being their nagging "mom"  END POST HERE.
