Hello girls, gays, and theys. I'd like to introduce my Androsexual and Gynosexual flag redesigns. I myself and my partner are Androsexual but I just call myself queer because I hate the flag so incredibly much 😭. I don't want my partner and I ashamed because of a weird flag anymore so I redesigned them.

Each flag has the stereotypical color of the expression across it to symbolize masculinity/femininity/androgyny across genders.

First up is the Gynosexual flag, I kept the green pink and shade of orange but I just changed it a bit. The green stands for nonbinary feminine people, the orange is for men who are feminine, and the pink is for women who are feminine. A unifying pink stripe across for all people who are feminine.

Now my flag.

I got rid of the brown 🥲 I tried I couldn't do it. The yellow stands for nonbinary masculine people, the blue is men who are masculine, and the purple is for women who are masculine. With a unifying stripe for all masculine people across it with baby blue.

Also I'm not sure if this is the correct word because it's so lazy lol but the ambiguous attraction despite gender I couldn't find much on so I made a flag for them.

The purple is for androgynous girls, the yellow is for androgynous enbys, and the green is for androgynous guys, the white across symbolizes the androgyny across genders

Have you heard of any terms for attraction specifically to androgyny or androgynous-presenting people? Thank you! I appreciate the tons of work you all put into this blog :)

Well, there are terms like Androgyne-/androgyno-/androgino-/androgine-, but these are often used in more than one way, such as attraction to both men and women (similar to ambi-), being attracted to androgyne/androgynous people, attarction to masculine & feminine individuals.

For more specific terms, there are:

Angi-: attraction to androgyny regardless of gender.

Andr-: attraction to androgynous gender expression regardless of someone’s gender.

Lin-: attraction to androgyny and androgynous-presenting individuals, though not necissarily only androgyne-identifying people.

So...if I wanted to be...orientation specific (fuck, I don't know), I have come to the conclusion I am Androgynosexual. What a stupid term. But goddamn, it fits. For those of you who actually wonder, it means I am (and strongly, I might add) attracted to those with masculine and feminine features. Androgynous people. Metal men with really long hair included. I'm looking at you, Dennis.
