I lied. I guess I do have enough for a dump, it’s just nothing all that substantial. Still, I have notes to write about them.
1) Kliff Warm-Up.This was something I did to warm up today. I think it’s a pretty good drawing, but it’s so boring that it isn’t worth finishing to post by itself.
2) Human!NJ. I thought I had posted this one already, but here’s another human!NJ. He has some acne scars, but they kinda just look like freckles, huh? I’ve always liked the idea that White is what NJ looked like when he was younger, so I gave him White’s ahoge too~
3) Little Fusion!Kliff. I also thought I posted this too, but here’s a mini fusion!Kliff.
4) Little Cherub from the Herpit. I promise I’ll post the text version of that documentation soon. It’s actually already written, but I wanted to get some pictures, but I think I need to replace the batteries because it’s acting kinda funky X(. Side note, I dunno if the angel has an official name, but I call them “Little Cherub”.
5) Helmet Hair 9-Volt. I, like everyone one else, HATE how 9-Volt plays in Get It Together, but 9-Volt without his helmet is just the cutest thing, and I couldn’t resist doodling him.
6-7) Android and Shapeshifter Doodles. Yes... I think these are looking better too. Decided to give Android mismatched hands. Is it relevant? Maybe. I also tried simplifying Shapeshifter a bit, because even though I liked the last iteration of him, it was terribly busy.
8-9) More Vtubersona doodles. Trying some different looks. Still dunno how serious I am about doing this, but I like some of the concepts that are coming out of it.
This really is a grab bag: I’ve got fanart and OCs for you tonight. My attempts to actually work on bl/acktober have resulted in relative failure so far, but I’ve just been hit hard with the chronic sadness lately. Most of this stuff is from last month, but I’ve done a couple of sketches recently to fill it out.
1) Magical!Mario: I haven’t forgotten about this project. I hope I can still do some fun things with it.
2)Sweet Bat Sketch: Doodle for my entry into this year’s Monster Masquerade. I’ll post the finished piece soon.
3) “LOOK AT IT!”
4) Futurte!Kerinting: So originally this started as a sketch to show that Kerinting had started covering his stripes with decals and stickers, but it evolved into him taking some parts from some MKIIs.
Mini headcanon: as an effect of sacrificing durability for aesthetics, the life expectancy of a 1010 has decreased dramatically for the MKIII line. However, due to their modular design, the old, more durable parts are still compatible with their new software with some recalibration, and old parts can still be connected to the new ones.
5) “Consumer”: I like the idea of this, but the execution just isn’t there.
6) H.A.L.-O. ha-10: New doodle, new name. I dunno if it’ll stick, but I like the idea. The first part stands for, “Helpful Android Laborer-Offensive” and the second part is just their serial number.
7) Gumshoe and Fizzy Pop: Just some random OCs that I want to work on developing a bit.
Various OCs: A lineup of OCs, or rather, a line-up of vague concepts that I really don’t know what to do with. In order, left to right:
Q/Cue/Que: A self-proclaimed incubus that’s recently taken over the town of “Miseryville.” Supposedly they feed off of the happiness of the people there, but it doesn’t seem like that’s a bad thing... Despite their friendly demeanor, they can be incredibly threatening.
Mooshka: Q’s minotaur familiar and housekeeper. As a servant class demon, Mooshka's heart has been sealed, so he must obey his master no matter what. Him and Q are actually childhood friends, but neither of them remembers that.
Carol: A soldier that died during a war with the Moon. He was recently resurrected as a zombie by an unknown force. While he does have autonomy, he’s lost a lot of his memory and is currently being driven by the desire to meet someone they forgot.
The Prince Formerly Known As Frog: During one of his travels, Carol had come across a frog in need of help. After some hustling by said frog, Carol did eventually take it with him, but the frog was so annoying that Carol eventually lost his temper and threw the frog into a lake. This unbridled anger broke the curse that was on the frog... halfway. So now this apparent “Prince of nothing” is stuck between being a human(?) and a frog. The two are travelling together to find what kingdom the Prince actually comes from and possibly break the rest of the spell.
Shapeshifter: A strange happy-go-lucky alien(?) lifeform that’s decided to live a domestic life on Earth. He has the ability to turn himself into anything, but he needs to eat a lot to do it.
Android: A super powered android that’s decided to live a domestic life on Earth. It doesn’t remember its original mission, but knows that it must have something to do with the shapeshifter, so for now they’re living together until they can figure out what the purpose of the android is.
*Cotton Candy Magical Girl: Leader of the magical girl group that was assigned to defend Miseryville as their first test. She’s plucky and energetic, but doesn’t think too much before she acts.
*Pudding Magical Girl: A member of the magical girl group that was assigned to defend Miseryville as their first test. She’s observant and confident, but doesn’t have much patience for their air-headed leader.
*Parfait Magical Girl: A member of the magical girl group that was assigned to defend Miseryville as their first test. She’s elegant and determined, but has a bit of a trolling streak.
*I don’t think I’ve ever come up with “real” names for them because they’re probably the least developed of my OCs.
