But to answer your question sweetheart, Yes, all androids have the ability to flirt, it all depends on how they ‘feel’ about you. The more they care about you and the more they begin to see you romantically they will begin to flirt.
Joseph Joestar is probably the best model if you’re looking for a flirtatious android. He comes out the box flirting with you no matter what, even if he’s not around you he’ll brag about you to other Androids

Okay so it's v late and I dunno why I though of this but, in Android AU, Joseph is an HR400 android who was employed at the Eden Club and one day, Human! Caesar was just there (JUST THERE🗿) and rented him. Joseph began to develop feelings for the Italian lad and after many nights (👀), one night, Joseph feels confident enough to confess his feelings for Caesar (he ofc feels the same way bc this is CaeJose) and Caesar is shocked at the fact Joseph is indeed, a deviant. And then, he helped Joseph run away and their goal is to life happily ever after. (LMAO, Android himbo bf- also, the Joseph dresses like a stripper memes inspired me to write this LOL)
