You’ve been doing great so far! There are a billion better ways to deal with the urges you get, like eating hard candy or taking a bath or just plain being distracted. Go look up cutie kitten videos on youtube! I love you and stay strong.

My body cries for the pain and the endorphin rush afterwards so far the safest and best way I've discovered to get something similar without honest harm is letting watercolor dry on my arm or something and rubbing it off

EVERYBODY! This is my first video of me dancing! I often dance in public, and I have a couple of times in school, and this is one of those times.
