Workout Struggles
Really struggling not to feel discouraged after my computer froze mid workout. Even though I became a coach, I still have bad days where so!etching goes wrong or I have no motivation and I just want to say to hell with it all and go eat my weight in Taco Bell. But then I read through my goals again and remind myself why I started this and began visualizing how I felt when I was 22lbs heavier and tired all the time. The computer is something that I just have to wait out, it doesn't mean I'm giving up for the day. It just means outside forces have created a delay. And for moments, I felt like a failure because I couldn't finish. And that's why I want to be your coach. I know what it feels like to lose all motivation and hope in an instant, sometimes for no reason at all. And I understand the struggle to pull yourself out of that mood, I've had times when its completely drained my energy. And I want you to that I am here for you. I will support you on your way to your health and fitness goals. I will listen to your problems, without judgement or negativity. I will give advice when you want it and I won't stop believing in you.
