This is harder than it should be, and probably quite healthy, so here we go:

1. I’m good at singing, especially songs of the more low-key, jazzy variety. Not too bad at more classical stuff either. Singing gives me great joy, and I like that I’m good at it.

2. I make REALLY good chocolate chip cookies!

3. I get happy and moved by small things, and I like how the little things and small signs of kindness can add a lot of joy to my life.

4. I like that I’m able to laugh at myself.

5. I try to learn from my mistakes and admit when I’ve been wrong. I don’t always succeed the way I ought to, but I do try, and I like that about myself.
