smugly saying "well Black trans women didn't do anything for our history!" is a little crazy to me because if you are a non-American queer seeing American queer people talk about other American queer historical figures why tf would you assume you're being directly addressed lol. like why can't you tell that those posts don't have anything to do with you. y'all remind me of non-americans getting mad at "go out and vote!" posts responding w "but im not even american >:( this doesnt apply to me" ok so why are you mad if you know youre not being spoken to. hello.

i was right to look at that post w suspicion because why the fuck would you call out Black trans women specifically. in america we DO owe Black trans women our lives for the work that they've done, and they do deserve our protection, and a lot of them don't even get the benefits of US imperialism and are victims of the same cishet white patriarchal violence exported to other countries anyways like what are we doing akjsdfhlkjasfa you could have talked about american imperialism without being fucking weird

i think i ended up stuffing more into this one than last year, but i still tried to be picky! ultimately, i had a lot of fun doodling some of this stuff :> glad i save it!
