"not all horror has to be visually dark" case in point
for halloween jack says i'm gonna dress up like my dad! dean is like great i'm sure cas has an extra trenchcoat somewhere and then. jack shows up with a hundred little googly eyes stuck all over his body and sam and dean go wtf meanwhile cas starts to cry
not only should spn have had more body horror but it should've been used for comedic effect like. cas calls the boys cuz he's injured and needs a lift, they come over to an abandoned warehouse or whatever, expecting a deep side wound or too much blood loss, and cas is just. actually ripped in half. cas has his torso propped up against a cardboard box and he's texting away and looks up and goes oh there you are by the way claire doesn't understand my emoticons but i think--sam dean why are you vomiting
sometimes being aspec can feel really lonely even within the queer community. esp if your identity includes other labels that ppl are more "familiar" with like being gay or bi or smthg. they'll be like oh yeah you're a lesbian and you have to add And Also Ace. it gets treated like the more boring sibling or smthg. like you have to remind ppl that it's just as much who you are as the other parts of your queer diorama. and then i come onto tumblr dot com and see posts from fellow aspecs and i feel okay and visible and real
guys. i miss being a spnblr girlie. i miss yall and i miss being excited to create content for a fandom. ill try and rekindle the flame somehow but just know that i love u sm
