sam and dean trying to lay low all the time while still driving an, arguably, very identifiable car is so funny. like all the huge news feeds would be like "brothers charged murder and fraud charges, highly dangerous, on the run, do not engage. if you see them driving a '67 black chevy impala, call the local police to file a report" and sam and dean are like "no, we can't stop driving it. no one will call, there are impala's everywhere 🤡" like bros just drive a honda fit for a good minute and you're good

i'm pretty new to this fandom, so if they actually acknowledge it later in the show, good for them

I just want to point out, that

in the episode about the supernatural convention, an agenda item at the convention was "the homoerotic subtext in supernatural".

mind you, the books ended with Dean going to hell (it was said in this very episode) , so Cas was NOT introduced yet.

hence the 'homoerotic tension' they want to discuss can only be about Sam and Dean.

just putting that out there...

(not to forget the gay Sam and Dean cosplayers that are a couple and Dean smiling afterwards to himself when he was at the car, waiting for Sam)

You know what, if they can't give us a s16, or a reboot or anything, the least they could do is give us the pre covid ending. Have Sam and Dean pull up to the Roadhouse and music is playing and everyone is in the bar and there's a huge reunion. Just that. Just one like 20 minute short of the originally planned ending.

Would it solve the way Dean was killed? No

Would it solve the whole Cas being saved from the Empty? No

But if they could give us that? I'd be happy. Plus, some sort of answer to Castiels confession. Even if it's just Dean wrapping his arm around Cas and Sam being like "Cas? How?" And Dean smirks and says something like "it's a long story, but he's here now and I'm never losing him again." And Dean and Cas smile at eachother in a way that you know. You just KNOW. (And maybe Cas is wearing the amulet or maybe theyre both wearing rings idk) but it's so very very clear that they're together. Or maybe Charlie is like "Okay love birds cool it or take a walk".

But yeah, just give us SOMETHING

Dean Winchester with a red rocker baddie

So, this may be very self indulgent but I just dyed my hair red and it made me think of this.

May I preface this by saying that no matter what you look like, Dean would love you to hell and back.

Now, that being said, I think this sort of aesthetic has him in a chokehold.

It doesn't matter if you hair is straight or curly, log or short, out or in braids, he fucking loves it.

He loves the whole look, the killer eyeliner, a dark lip, leather and of course, the hair. It can be red or red and black, as long as there's some red in there he straight up falls.

The confidence is key. If you've got the confidence to strut, he's following behind you like a little puppy.

It's confidence and a no fucks given attitude, that floors him.

If you haven't met, here's the scenario:

He's at a bar, chatting up some waitress, maybe the bartender. Just looking for a way to blow off steam after a hunt. He looks around the room, just a quick scan, and his eyes land on you immediately.

You're somewhere at the back, maybe just enjoying your drink, maybe playing pool, and he can't take his eyes off you. Leather jacket, jeans, maybe a choker or some studs somewhere. You look like you couldn't care less, you don't really care.

But he does.

He makes his way over, forgetting his beer in the process, and he finds a reason to be near you. He doesn't go for it straight away, he waits, like a predator with his pray.

Then you come up to him.

"Hey" You look him up and down with an unamused expression "Ken Doll, you got a problem?"

"Not at all, Sweetheart. I just-"

"Hold it, Abercrombie, I'm not your Sweetheart. Why don't you go back to hitting on the staff and leave me alone?"

"So" He smirks "You were watchin' me too, huh?"

You roll your eyes. you couldn't be less interested, so why'd he stick around?

Now, if you're already in a relationship and you do this without any warning? Damn.

Dean walks through the bunker door, heading down the steps and into the kitchen. On his way, he spots you in the library, well, more accurately, he sees red.

You're busy, putting books back on the shelves, listening to music. You don't hear him come in, but you feel his hands on your hips, spinning you around. You look at him with a grin, glad your new look had the affect you thought it might.

Before you can say anything, his lips crash into yours, messy, hungry, desperate.

You pull back, prying Dean off you so you can breathe.

"Like my hair?"

"Fuckin' gorgeous"

He grabs your thighs, hoisting you up, wrapping your legs around his waist as he takes you to one end of the long table, lips never leaving yours for a second.

"You know what this does to me, Baby?" He pants against your neck, trailing kisses and bites down your throat.

"I think 'm starting to get an idea"

His hands fist in your hair, watching how the red looks against his skin, so bright, so perfect.

Basically, Dean thinks you're hot as fuck with red hair. And he's right.

This is super different to my usual stuff and is pretty much just random thoughts rn, I may elaborate on this later, send in any asks for specific scenarios if you like!

they should’ve done more with the bobby/cas relationship. like that ep that cas shows up half-dead at bobby’s house when salmon dean aren’t there and bobby helps him in and gives him a beer. adopted dad also adopts gay son’s adopted supernatural being/boyfriend/friend. there should’ve been a conversation a few seasons down the line where bobby brings up that he was there when dean met cas in that barn !!! bobby’s like yeah so I’ve met some other angels now and none of them made an entrance quite like yours. he narrows his eyes and is like were u just showing off? and cas turns bright red like no !!!!!!!! … maybe. and bobby laughs and rolls his eyes and says figures the first angel we meet is the weirdest. I’ll keep that between us. cas smiles. they both look over at dean who’s across the room talking to sam about something animatedly. bobby looks at cas, searching, decides something. cas looks back at him, bobby holds his eyes. he finally says quietly, be careful with my boy. or else. stands up, pats cas on the shoulder, and walks away.
