So, I just learned that Angelofcaffeine deleted their Livejournal... I don’t know how long it’s been gone, but I DID format and save a PDF of As Your Shadow Crosses Mine a few years ago, if anyone needs it.

Kurtbastian - Rated R
I created a PDF because reasons.
Title: As Your Shadow Crosses Mine Author: angelofcaffeine Rating: PG-13 Fandom: Glee Pairing/Characters: Sebastian/Kurt, past Blaine/Kurt Summary: Weeks after becoming suddenly single, while sitting across from Sebastian Smythe in the Lima Bean (who was doing Kurt’s homework for him, of all things), two things occurred simultaneously to Kurt: 1) he spent way too much time in the Lima Bean, and 2) he always ended up befriending people he hated.
I just.... I made the loudest squeaky noise when I realized this fic ins't complete. It's extremely well written and has a beautiful, steady progression. I just.... *sigh*
Kurt sighed, and then finally found the energy to move enough to lie down. “You wouldn’t know; you’ve never been in love,” he pointed out, searching for a pillow to tuck under his head. By the time he had found one, Sebastian was lying on his side, watching Kurt curiously. “That’s not true,” he said simply. Kurt frowned, forcing himself to keep his eyes open. “Uh, it was true last month when we were talking about Paris.” Sebastian turned until he was lying on his back, looking at the ceiling. “I’m not even sure it was true then,” he admitted. The sleepy part of Kurt’s brain seemed to wake up then, and he propped himself up on an elbow. “I thought you traded your heart in for steel-capped boots years ago,” he said. It was dark, now, with only the lights of the streetlamps outside to see by. Sebastian’s face was painted in shadows, but Kurt could still see his mouth curl into a small smile. “I just pawned it,” he explained. “Got it back for more than it was worth eventually.” Kurt felt a little sick, and blamed it on the junk food. He turned so that he wasn’t so obviously facing Sebastian, and made himself concentrate on the sound of Rachel’s soft snoring instead of the beating of his own heart. “Why are you still single?” he whispered, wondering how Blaine could possibly resist that opportunity. Sebastian was silent for several long moments before he said: “He’s sort of... emotionally taken,” he answered, and then turned his head to look at Kurt. Kurt saw his eyes glint in the dim light from the window, and replied: “He must be an idiot.” Sebastian’s smile widened, but looked sad somehow. “Biggest idiot I’ve ever met,” he stated, as if it was an accusation.
