I’ve tripped the light fantastic on over to this blog and rummaged through their threads like the neighbourhood stray through their trash and I have to say, I am impressed! I do like their style of writing. As I have said before throughout this, patience in writing is a sorely lacking virtue upon this site and this individual certainly has it! Very impressive!

Nothing to do. Bored. If there's anything worse than a demon, it's a bored demon. He could have gone to the racks, yes, but he did that every time he got bored and even the idea of putting a knife to soul made him want to roll his eyes and curl up into a ball, groaning in annoyance. Instead, Scotch had searched the world over for a casual bar. One that wasn't in Amsterdam because ten minutes there and he felt like he was getting contact high. So he continued bravely on, stopping at a few places in England, Australia, Spain, a really nice chateau in the French Alps. Alas, none of them settled him longer than a drink or two before he smoked out and found a new rest. Until he found a small place. Hidden in Bulgaria off a street that had taken him fifteen minutes to find in the first place. The outside was set up like a café, but the inside was far more like a bar. Behind the bench was a backlit wall of spirits and mixers, a bench for mixing, he assumed, and fridges stocked aplenty with beers and other drinks that needed to be kept cool. Scotch ordered a double and sat down in a plush chair, propping his feet up on a leather ottoman. Really, this place was nice. It was when he was seated and took a deep breath of the place that the scent of grace wafted into his attention. His eyes sprung open and he searched, as nonchalantly as he could, for the source. He'd be damned if an angel was going to bugger his afternoon.

Accidental Accomplice || Gabriel & Balthazar

Brisk footfalls are crisp and rapid against the pavement outside the museum. Pale blue eyes dart left and right, checking the shadows for any followers. The thief is quietly amused by the lax security he's encountered thus far, but he's fairly certain it's all a sham and that he definitely, absolutely needs to be on the run at any moment now.

Wary blue eyes widen in silent shock as a flare of familiar grace is felt. Around the corner he hurries, footfalls coming faster, startled by the feeling that is the very essence of the brother that raised him and disappeared so long ago. When he sees the incongruously small vessel, his brow furrows. The first thing that comes to mind is a puzzled, quiet outburst. "How does all your grace fit in such a small vessel?"
