Dean was starting to seriously annoy you now.
Not in the “imma break up with him” kind of way. That thought wouldn’t even cross your mind — things were going great. Much better than you had expected when you first started dating someone with Dean Di Laurentis’ reputation.
Still, there was that one, single thing that was slowly driving you to insanity. Because all the good things aside, Dean seemed physically unable of leaving you alone for even a day. Every time you had to cancel your shared plans, he was finding a way to spend time with you anyway. At first, it was amusing. Kind of cute, even.
Right now, however, you were far from laughing as he was making his way into your room. Just like that, without announcing himself or letting you know prior. And he looked rushed, as if he really cared whether anyone saw him.
“You alone?” he asked, only after stepping inside your dorm. He was fighting the urge to smile because hey, that worked out.
You had spent the day with your friends, as one of them was going through a break up and needed support. And you had actually been with them(because why would you lie about something like that?), coming back to your place barely half an hour ago, a bit sooner than planned, as the exhaustion was catching up to you.
You were aware that coming back to your boyfriend would not be the best look in front of your heartbroken friend, so you were planning on simply texting him after taking a nap. Yet now? There clearly wasn’t need to.
“Yeah, I told you I was going out with my friends and then coming back here.”
Dean’s expression shifted just slightly. “Yeah, and I believe you,” he said quickly, as if you had just accused him of lack of trust. You blinked.
“I wasn't accusing you of anything,” you mentioned. “Now you sound a little bit guilty, though.”
“Okay, maybe a little,” he grinned, causing you to roll your eyes. “Just wanted to see you.”
“Couldn’t you… I don’t know, knock?” you said half-sarcastically.
And somehow, after that, you did not bring back the topic of coming unannounced again. Did not mention how he could have walked in the middle of something less appropriate, or that your friends could’ve been here.
Instead, the evening passed by the way it usually did when Dean was around, which involved him staying the night. And as you stare at the ceiling, you have that deeply rooted feeling that it won’t be the last time it happens.
Hi!!! I was wondering if i could request a little blurb of garrett comforting the reader about toxic friends? Its totally okay if not!!!

a/n: I think that might be the shortest thing I have ever posted here?? I had a hard time expanding it as I was just repeating myself over and over, so in the end I decided to keep it simple. Also tysm yall for the requests, the rest of them should be out soon <3 (they are also still open, as always atp)
That’s not how you had planned to spend your day.
You were supposed to study for a bit and then go out. Nothing too specific, just the overall idea of having a fun, chill day. And originally? It started quite well. You just hadn’t expected your friends to go out without you, without even asking whether you would be down to meeting up.
The worst part? It wasn’t the first time it had happened. Quite an opposite, actually — lately, there hasn't been a single day you haven't been let down by them. And it was happening in so many different ways that you couldn’t even really keep track ot it.
Yet, for some reason you still desperately clung to the feeling of what used to be, to hope that maybe it was all made-up in your head, even though most of the time it definitely seemed as though the friendship was one-sided. As if every conversation and every plan had to begin with you. You couldn’t remember the last time they came up with the initiative, even a small one.
So in the end, instead of enjoying the evening like you had been looking forward to, you found yourself sitting on your bed, on the verge of tears. Garrett sat beside you, leaving just enough space between the two of you. He didn’t want to reach for you immediately, not quite sure whether that’s something you would have wanted in such a moment.
“They are wrong, you know?” he finally started, speaking quietly after a while of sitting in silence. His hand reached for yours, giving it a gentle squeeze. “You shouldn’t have to wonder whether your friends want you around,” he paused, waiting for your reaction. He continued only after being met with silence.
“Also, if you were truly that bad, they would have let you know one way or another. And most likely cut contact with you completely afterwards, instead of doing whatever this is,” he gesticulated.
“Maybe they are just too kind to tell me,” you said, even though you yourself didn’t believe those words. You took a deep breath, then another, trying your hardest to keep yourself calm.
“That’s not kindness,” he quickly protested and you nodded. He was right — after all, those words came to your mind before he even had to say it. “Let’s go out together, grab some coffee or anything,” Garrett got up from the bed and looked at you. You groaned, knowing he wasn’t trying to force you (he definitely would just stay here if that’s what you would have preferred), but also noticing that he looked somewhat hopeful at the thought of you going out.
And in fact, maybe that wasn’t such a terrible idea.
“Maybe you will meet new people. And even if not,” he shrugged, “that’s still better than hanging out with them.”
“Garret,” you mumbled, rolling your eyes slightly, but the smallest smile was starting to become visible on your face.
“I mean it,” he shrugged his shoulders. “Come on. Unless you want to stay, then we can watch a movie.”

a/n: I apologize for any mistakes, I am barely awake rn and I know for a fact that if I don’t post it now then I never will. Anyways!
gf!trinity who obviously still sometimes makes her sarcastic remarks about you, though now a bit more careful not to actually offend you.
gf!trinity whose instagram account is basically all about you. She doesn’t post pictures of herself very often, but every time she does post anything you can be absolutely sure that at least a few photos of you will be there. Her account being basically your fanpage even became a sort of a running inside joke around your social circle.
gf!trinity who uses you as an excuse for not wanting to spend time with other people. Every now and then she will deny an invitation, saying that she already has plans with you, even though it’s not always exactly true (but is it really a blatant lie if she does end up next to you anyways in the very end?).
Does she want to go to a bar? No, you and she have already planned on going to a movie theatre. Or there is some sort of a family meeting happening that night. To be honest, you can never be sure what you might hear, so at some point you are just used to confirming anything.
gf!trinity who buys you something new every time she is on some sort of trip. It’s usually something rather small but somehow always manages to match your current interests and tastes. Because Trinity really has a good memory when she wants to, and she had proven it repeatedly.
gf!trinity who at first wanted to keep your relationship a secret, saying that she doesn’t want to be bothered by others about it. However, when you two finally consider telling people, they all seem to already know, sometimes even acting like it is the most obvious thing in the world. You aren’t sure when they caught up exactly. Perhaps you two were not as good with the hiding as you thought you were.
gf!trinity who always tries to help you, to the point it even becomes annoying. You tried to talk to her about it, saying that you are completely capable of doing things without her help, but she didn’t stop. After all, it was not like she was doing it because she thought you were incompetent — she was doing it because she wanted to help. Those are two different cases, right?
gf!trinity whose date ideas are always the most random and unexpected but end up great anyway.
gf!trinity who is always somewhere around. Not that she would ever admit to doing it intentionally — she could come up with any excuse in the world, really. Having to do something incredibly important in the exact place you were in, wanting to talk with a person that was standing next to you…
gf!trinity who still has that silly keychain you gave her months ago. At first you thought of the gift as a joke. tThen, when she started carrying it with her keys, you figured she must be just being unusually kind, but finally, after weeks, you realized that it’s not going anywhere. You even bought another one, more “serious” one, but it did not replace the original.
gf!trinity who is the best gossip partner. She doesn’t like to admit it but she does look forward to talking with you about whatever happened during the shift. The weirder stuff the better, obviously.
There are days when even before going to sleep after hours of work she asks you whether something “interesting” happened. Even when she is half asleep already, this specific question will make its appearance.

a/n: very short because I’m physically unable of writing longer stuff !!
Garrett should focus on studying. In fact, given his current situation, studying should be the only thing occupying his mind for the next few weeks.
But it wasn’t, and unfortunately, somehow it was totally your fault.
It felt like every time he sat down with an intention of opening a textbook, a message from you would come. And then, in a matter of half an hour, you would end up at his place again. Completely unaware of the destroyed plans, just spending time doing nothing.
He wasn’t complaining and that was the biggest problem. You weren’t doing it on purpose. You just wanted to talk with him, spend time together, and he wasn’t the best at saying “no” to you. Especially since he enjoyed it as well, maybe even more than you did.
So as always, he ended up laying on the bed beside you, even if, objectively speaking, it was an absolutely bad idea. For a moment, he doesn’t move, doesn’t speak. His arm just wrapped loosely around you. But this time, his thoughts kept coming back to what he was supposed to study, no matter how much he was trying to push those thoughts away.
And you noticed. Of course you did — you knew him too well to let it slide. If everything was normal, he would probably be in the middle of telling you some kind of story already. Or would be laughing about something unimportant. But the room is now filled with silence, so you decide to break it first.
“What are you thinking about?” you ask, tilting your head slightly to look at him. His expression softens just a little.
“Nothing important,” he answers, getting even closer to you. It causes you to scoff a bit, because how is that even possible? The distance was nonexistent already. “I was supposed to be studying for a test. I will do it later.”
You stop. You remember about the test, sure. But you thought he had already studied — or maybe you just didn’t even try to consider that he might be postponing it that long. The stakes were simply too high to even think about it.
“You didn’t study?” you lift yourself on your elbow with an overdramatic expression on your face.
“I did study a little,” he gesticulates, raising a hand in protest. “Just not enough yet. I will be fine, still have time.”
“How much is a little?”
“A reasonable amount,” he smiles in that specific way that always makes you see right through him.
“Okay, you already wasted too much time,” you sit up, causing him to roll his eyes slightly, but you ignore it. "Come on, I’m gonna help you.”

a/n: sorry for going MIA once again😭 anyway, i have like twenty wip drabbles in my drafts so i will try to get them out asap. Also. its my first time writing an off campus drabble so its def not the best but whatever!!
The first time you came into Garrett’s place, you were almost amazed by how clean and organized it was.
He didn’t look like the type of guy to keep everything in its place, but he really did. It was refreshing to see, considering most of the guys you had spent time with couldn’t relate. Every single thing had its own spot; folded shirts in the corner, books on spotless shelves, not a single thing out of place.
But now, as you visit him for the first time after your break up? It’s a mess, truly. Clothes lay scattered everywhere, the most random things covering his bed, making you wonder how the hell they could even end up there. For a moment, you even question whether it’s the right room, even though the answer is painfully obvious. You know he has been extra busy lately with everything the season comes with, but he couldn’t really be that occupied.
There was literally no way.
And Garrett notices you thinking about it.
Of course he does. So before you can desperately search for another topic (so the things wouldn’t be any more awkward), he speaks up first.
“Sorry. I didn’t really expect to have any guests today,” he explains, which is fair. Totally. Your visit was sudden, maybe even a little unannounced in a way.
“Fair,” you shrug, trying your best to sound like you don’t particularly care about it.
After all, you are way luckier than you expected to be. When you suddenly broke up with him, you were certain he would never answer your texts again. But he did. Agreed to your dumb “let’s be friends” thing you offered after a week of messaging him in the most random moments. So truly, focusing on the state of his room should not be the first thing on your mind.
And so, you try not to think about it. You listen to the song quietly playing in the background, trying to catch the lyrics before Garrett walks over his phone and turns it off.
The silence quickly ruins the little distraction you found. “Is everything alright?” you finally asked without thinking much about it anymore, not being able to help yourself.
“Of course,” he answers, his voice somewhat defensive, though definitely not aggressive. “Why wouldn’t it be?”
“Well,” you stop, thinking about how to phrase it. “Your room looks a bit different. The state of it, I mean. It usually isn’t the best sign, I think,” yet another pause, before you add quickly: “and I really don’t think it’s a matter of not having time or guests planned today.”
“Yeah, right,” he mutters, realizing what you meant. “I… didn’t really think about it before.”
The feeling of guilt appears in your stomach. You weren’t sure, (because how could you be?), but you could guess it had something to do with your situation. Because the previous time you were here? Everything was flawless, maybe except a few pieces of clothing you both have thrown aside.
“I’m sorry,” you say, causing him to look at you more carefully. “If you want to talk or need help managing it, you can tell me, you know?”
“I know, thank you,” he said, his voice unexpectedly soft — to the point you wonder if you had ever heard him talk in such a tone before. So you just smile, sitting next to him on the bed.
contains: no tws (i think), garrett and hannah used to date but broke up, reader is jealous of hannah. a very short one but whatever. minimal proofread.
you are responsible for content you choose to consume.
You knew you had no reason to be jealous of Hannah Wells.
Whatever had existed between her and Garrett was long over. They had both moved on way before you and Garrett had gotten together. Adn Hannah was genuinely nothing but kind to you. Truly. She never treated you like a rival, never acted possesive around Garrett. Never gave you any reason to question her intentions.
But something deep inside your mind kept betraying you. Because every time you saw her? You found yourself paying attention to everything she did. It felt ridiculous, even in your own opinion, but you couldn’t help it. She was everything you had always been unsure about. Beautfiul, talented at what she loved, magnetic on stage, quiet but not socially awkward, brilliant in classes.
And while you did not dislike the person you were, Hannah somehow seemed to exist on a different level. And the fact that Garrett used to date her was slowly driving you insane.
Garrett noticed it quickly. The first time he suggested something is wrong? You denied everything, acting almost offended. Looking back, you find it quite possible that you really did believe you are not jealous. But the second time he asked? Oh, you knew. Still, you acted like he was crazy for thinking so.
Third times the charm, because that was when you finally forced yourself to address what has been bothering you. It was only right to — you already felt bad enough for not only treating him unfairly, but also lying.
“I promise you, nothing is between me and Hannah. And if you don’t believe me—“
“I believe you,” you cut him off. There was no a hint of hesitation in your voice. “I do, I never thought you might… you know, cheat on me or something. That’s not the point.”
“Then what is it about?” he asked, his tone becoming less defensive.
“It’s dumb. That’s also why I haven’t told you about it before,” you take a deep breath. “I just can’t stop thinking about her. She is so much different than me, and better on so many levels,” you try to explain, but Garrett shakes his head.
“It’s not dumb, and she is not better than you. You are just different than her, and it’s normal. It doesn’t make either of you worse,” he said like he actually meant it, without a single doubt. And those words meant to you more than you had ever thought they would. They were simple, but somehow, in a strange way, exactly what you needed right now. “I promise, I don’t have feelings for her anymore. I haven’t for a long time.”
You nodded silently. The feelings did not magically vanish, but talking about it all was surely better than just ignoring the topic forever. “I’m sorry I didn’t talk about it before,” you murmured, and Garrett just chuckled, shaking his head.
“Don’t apologize, it’s alright,” he promised, and you smiled to yourself.
Yeah, you both should get better at communicating well from the beginning.

a/n: a very short one, but that’s i wanted it to be. that’s my first the pitt drabble and im really nervous tbh😭 anyway, i have sm planned, im actually excited
It is said that people tend to hate those that resemble them the most. That hatred doesn’t come out of nowhere. It can only be caused by something personal, like a subconscious, deep seated insecurity that drives you insane you don’t even want to name.
The saying is either wrong, made-up by someone bitter or you are a goddamn exception. Some wonder. Because on many levels, you and Trinity Santos were the same. Confident, sarcastic, sometimes a little too driven by emotions and personal feelings. But even though your beginnings were not exactly perfect, you did not hate her. Quite the opposite, actually. You definitely wouldn’t let someone you hated be the first person you saw in the morning.
It wasn’t even planned. It was the first time she had invited you to her place. Time passed quickly (something you both had failed to notice) and you weren’t too keen of calling a taxi at such an ungodly hour, so she immediately offered you to stay. It felt casual, a tiny bit unexpected. And maybe that was why you had agreed just as easily.
She woke up first, not so long before you. You were laying on the other side of the bed, stirring with the sheets covering only half of your body — you must have kicked them off while sleeping. You pushed yourself up, half-sitting, letting the room’s silence linger for a moment. Trinity broke it, already slowly getting up. Of course, she could never slow down. You knew that too well. She would never allow let herself be late to work, you knew that too well. She was always there first, with that soft smile as you walked in to the building.
“You want coffee or anything?” Trinity asked, her voice still slightly rough from sleep. Her fingers moved through her hair, pushing the strands of her hair off of her face.
You huffed. “Well, since you ask.”
“Yeah, so nicely,” a smile appeared on her face as she scoffed. And just like that, she was already leaving the room, heading towards the kitchen.
You let your gaze linger on her form just a second longer than necessary. Yeah. You could get used to waking up next to Santos, that’s for sure.
