Blinding light. White walls. Comfortable bedsheets? Those were the first things he noticed as he opened his eyes. Sort of. It was kind of hard to actually open them considering the first element he’d listed.

He felt like…he was made of lead. His mind was somehow fully awake and aware, but his head felt like it was about to implode and his limbs felt like they’d fall off if he tried to lift them or push himself up into a sitting position.

…And then his gaze fell on her.

“Where am I?” he asked, before coughing. OW, ow ow ow his throat was sore and dry and hurt. Talking was a bad idea, ow. “A-And why? And…” He stopped and frowned. “…And who’re you?”

The suit jacket is thrown on and his phone tucked away inside a pocket along with the Court Record--his notebook--and off he goes. His destination? The Detention Center. There had been no hesitation in accepting the request, since he knew the accused very well.

He arrives shortly after leaving the office and sits quietly while an officer fetches the one he’s meeting. His mind is already at work, but he doesn’t have much time to sort any of his thoughts before the other is stepping through the door.

“Miss Starr.” He speaks quietly, blue eyes on her person. This was something he hadn’t expected...

Cause for anger [x]

✨ An easy way to make Apollo angry is to appeal to his sense of (no pun) justice. Ever since he was young, whether the victim was himself or someone else, he’s always been provoked by seeing people treated unfairly. He’s much better at handling his anger now that he can channel it into a job where he can defend people, but chances are high he’ll get his rage on the second he feels powerless to help.

❅- Favorite time of the year?

Christmas! The stores selling chocolate and decorations three months early doesn’t bother him because Halloween and Thanksgiving should come first, but because he can’t afford to buy any of it regardless of how long it’s out. He just really loves the festive atmosphere and acts extra-cheerful all month. 

He’ll do his best to spread the cheer to other people he encounters, too. (He occasionally prods Edgeworth to try and gauge his reaction and back off if the prosecutor sounds unusually defensive or tense. He can’t really blame the guy for not liking Christmas as much.)
