This was a spur of the moment anger release spell, designed for when you're overwhelmed and pissed off and can't get rid of the feeling. Substitute whatever emotion but please remember that this is for temporary release and shouldn't be substituted for like, actually dealing with your feelings when you're ready. Also, talking it out with a trusted friend or professional is a thing, please do try either or both if the feelings of yuck aren't going away. 1. Grab an onion and a sharp knife. Visualise all of your frustration and bad feelings getting sucked into the onion's layers. Squeeze that smelly little bastard. Bruise it. Squish it. Give it all of your badness. Really hurt the onion as much as you want. 2. Peel a little of the outer layer of skin off. Take the knife and cut in sigils, symbols, words of intention, swear words, whatever the fuck you want. Scribble your little heart out. Stab it a few times for good measure. Mind your fingers! 3. Go outside. Keep squeezing the onion and whisper to it whatever you want - not necessarily *why* you're angry/sad/etc, just try to express how you're feeling. For example, I just said 'fuck you' a good few times with as much venom as possible. 4. When you're ready, take a deep breath, and fling that fucker as far away from you as possible. Watch it sail away into the distance. 5. Leave your bad shit with your little gone grenade and go do something pleasurable - cook a nice meal, have some wine, have a bath, whatever you like! Appreciate the loveliness of the little things that make you feel good. Be kind to yourself.
