*CUE "KINGDOM DANCE"*
I have one last Disney/non Disney crossover fanart planned, and it's going to be a larger, super special one featuring multiple characters. I hope you're looking forward to it as much as I am! In the meantime, enjoy two of my favorite Rapunzels meeting each other!
"I give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it..."
Alice | England | 1865
"They say if you dream a thing more than once, it's sure to come true!"
Aurora | France | mid-15th century
A little dump of my newest blorbo <3
"Well, there's one thing: they can't order me to stop dreaming!"
Cinderella | France | early 1870s
A compilation of my favorite fully rendered Duck fanarts that I've done over the past few years! I couldn't be happier that I fell down this rabbit hole.
Which character do you think I should do next?

I know this comes a little late, but I, like millions, am heartbroken over the passing of Daveigh Chase. It's been weighing so heavily on my mind ever since I saw the news. Finding out soon after that she spent the last months of her life homeless, struggling with addiction, and feeling alone and forgotten made my stomach turn. And Lilo and Stitch, an already emotionally heavy movie that was a massive part of my childhood, has an additional tinge of pain and sadness added to it now.
Daveigh is yet another example out of hundreds, if not thousands, of child actors who encountered absolute monsters in the film industry. Who never received proper support within or outside of their families. Who found themselves addicted to substances one way or another. Who were tossed out like garbage when the executives felt their ability to bring in money had been milked dry. And who finally passed away, feeling alone, broken, and unloved, before they could live a full life. Hollywood has a horrible history of abusing and exploiting child actors; it's been going on for as long as the industry has been standing and nothing has changed. It enrages me so much.
Worse yet, there are millions more just like Daveigh, ordinary people who have never had a taste of fame, who are going through the same horrors alone. This is what happens when children are refused protection, safety, and respect by the adults around them. It happens way too often in this world, and it should NEVER be happening.
As sick as I am over what Daveigh went through, I will still choose to remember her as a bright, passionate, massively talented girl who brought light into so many lives. She poured so much heart, soul, and believability into every role she played, whether it was Lilo Pelekai, Samara, or Chihiro. I personally saw, and still see, so much of myself in Lilo, as I was pretty quirky and struggled to connect with my peers as a child, and I still have that eccentric streak that I'm now proud of. She was a voice of my childhood, one that inspired me and which will forever live on.
Daveigh, I'm so sorry it ended this way for you, and I'm so sorry I had no idea how much you were suffering. I hope your soul is finally at peace now.
