so i have schizophrenia and I have long thought a great deal of targs have that gene. schizophrenia is theorised to have a genetic component, and in real world cases of incest, schizophrenia is far more likely.

I have classic type, which means I don't really tend to get paranoid but I do get extremely grandiose and I have done real harm to myself because I was a god, and you can't harm or kill a god, so whats the risk in doing dangerous things, when I know I am divinely protected? now tell me if thats me saying that while im in a grandiose psychotic episode or one of the "mad" targaryens

I must admit though, as someone with multiple mental illnesses including PTSD, it infuriates me to see someone with such a dumb take. It just supports the idea that people with PTSD don’t need/deserve/even want help. Which is not true!!! God PTSD is a fucking nightmare. I don’t care about her internalized mental illness stigma. Yes the house I lived in until I was sixteen, that my nan lived in beforehand, was opposite an old church graveyard and I am sure there was a male ghost upstairs and a female ghost downstairs by where the coal fire used to be.

I’m doing okay. I took time to myself, checked in with my friends, and watched some Community with my mom to get out of that headspace.

More than anything, I’m just unable to understand deriving joy from other people’s pain. I’ve never understood it, ever since I was a kid.

But ignorance and privilege, along with the belief you are better than others (conscious or unconscious), will turn people into cruel, vile monsters. She got what she wanted and she’s happy to hear she made me cry. If this is how she wants to be, laughing and thriving at the death and suffering of others, that’s her decision and I’m done wasting my time one someone who doesn’t care to listen.
