Also, my apologies, but I cannot stress how much I tried to avoid ship hate, but since this ship is what fuels the story and a lot of Junpei's character, I couldn't avoid it. So minor ship hate for junakane.

First impression: Oh a ProtagonistTM. Here we go...

Impression now: He's got to let Akane go. Also, he's definitely someone that clings unto memories over realistically seeing the situation for what it is. That's very interesting. Note: I did end up liking him, but his relationship with Akane just broke my heart.

Favorite moment: The moment he showed he was more than just the protagonist. I really did not like him until mid 999.

Idea for a story: I need to see if I can find my list of Zero Escape prompts, but a lot of them were about him.

Unpopular opinion: I think him not letting go of Akane is romantic, it's tragic. I really do love Akane and understand her complexity as a character, but I really think they'd be better off as friends.

Favorite relationship: I really like Junpei and Clover's friendship. It's so sweet.

Favorite headcanon: Junpei is bilingual and bisexual.

8, 13 + 17 for the owl house!

8. common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about

the entire way the owl house fandom treats found family. this is the mom, this is the dad, these are obviously siblings, and these characters are cousin coded. and if you dare ship any of these characters together that we have decided are family, you are literally condoning incest!

13. worst blorboficiation

hunter pretty obviously. there is more content for him than eda and king, literally the main characters! he also is blorbofied in the most annoying way, changing his character. this also happens with amity, though not quite as bad as hunter. this is coming from someone who actually likes hunter

17. there should be more of this type of fic/art

there is such a lack of luz + gus content! honestly this is an issue with most Luz content (hunter and luz being exclusively siblings, luz and amity as ship only, willow mostly absent except for when l.mity and h.ntlow are together) but luz + gus get it the worst. at least willow can interact with luz in h.ntlow content, or even sometimes as luz/willow, but as gus is rarely if ever shipped with luz and he is not involved in any major ships adjacent to luz, he frequently gets left out from content with her

TLDR: it's me exploring my hc of Susato being nonbinary through a 3+ 1 fic format

Ik I'm not the only one who sees Susato as nonbinary but I haven't seen a fic diving into that (maybe I haven't dug deep enough for it lol )

Anyway one of the ways I would want to approach it is a 3+1 type format (Like 3 times of her being conflicted abt how natural certain things feel and like the time after those where she accepts it (?))

Uhh some stuff from my notes:

-> she feels conflict and guilt because she does not want 'Ryutaro' to overtake 'Susato' and feels she can only have one or the other

-> end realization is that she is both, can be both, and that there is more to her beyond 'Ryutaro' and 'Susato', and not only can these 'two' coexist but they are part of one person.

The title would have been 'PHONY', referring to susato's feeling that she should feel like one but conflicted that she doesn't. (Possibly inspired by the vocaloid song?)
