I see all the reblogs you do everyday and it breaks my heart to see you, see all these fans hurting so bad. I wish I was there to hug each and every one of you 'cos it's not fair. Yeah, some fans got their thing, but others didn't and as a fandom we should support each other, we should help those who are hurting. I know it doesn't make you feel any better, but I'm right there with you guys, regardless, of the differences of thoughts and the pairings.
It's okay, really (thank you for the sentiment nonetheless :) - what we're going through these days is a one of a kind experience probably never to be repeated to such an extent; and analyzing the different angles, among the pain it brings (emotional part is never the one to be neglected in life) - surprizingly, also brings a ton of incredible knowledge otherwise difficult/impossible to acquire:- how people think,- how they react,- whom you'd want to be friends with,- whom you'd like to know better, - how it feels like when seemingly random strangers share your views,- how wonderful it is to feel people from the variety of backgrounds, ages, experince, languages and cultural contexts come together with sharing an understanding of what you now realize are absolutely universal truths and values.
It's painful, all of it, I won't deny - might be even more so for me than for any other fan mayhaps, due to my own personal [shipping] experience closely linked to atla!fail (I'm yet to find time to explain why it did hurt more than it by all means should have) - but at the same time it's helluva inspiring.
Draining one's emotions - yet bringing people together. Even if support is just words (and words, as we all know, are wind; yet some winds are hurricanes) - these are the words that motivate. That keep us going. Stir up dormant ideas. Challenge us to be daring. To, ironically, never give up.After all, we dream our dreams, and share them with the world.Even if those dreams are based off someone's reality. Even if it's all sorts of bad reality - the dreams are ours to fulfil.(and those who prefer to feel offended by such dreams - they also realize too damn well these dreams are ours, not theirs, hence they can't crash them no matter how hard they try).
