The thought of inviting them did cross my mind but my grandmother hates fiction/fantasy and anything of that ilk. Still that hadnt quite deterred me from asking until I realized that I still don't know what time they're coming into town because they don't know when they're leaving Las Vegas on Wednesday. If they arrive too late I know they wouldn't want to rush or delay dinner. I also don't know when they're leaving for my uncle in Las Vegas because they declined to tell me. Are they in Las Vegas now, are they driving--I don't know. Since they have cell phones now this wouldn't bother me (normally) except they didn't want to give me the cell number over the phone (I only have their landline) or over email but rather in person which imo defeats the purpose of them having the phone in the first place but there it is. They also told me they wouldn't be checking their email at my uncle's house. There are other ways to contact them of course such as texting my mom for my uncle's landline and then trying to get in touch with them that way and so on and so forth but it just sounds like so much trouble

Have you considered modifying a men's formal vest? Like the ones they use in weddings? Just a thought...

Because I don’t want a man’s vest, modified after-market.  I want weskits designed for my shape, in fabrics that are pleasing, and I want to be able to try it on and say “yes, this” and walk out of the booth with it, the same way 9000 different corsets are available.

If guys can have skirts (sorry, “utilikilts”) designed for their hips, why can’t I have a weskit designed for my chest?
